✅ InzpireU Admin Onboarding Steps

Check Your Email for an Invitation from InzpireU
– Look for an email titled “You’ve been invited to join InzpireU”.
– This will contain a secure “Accept Invitation” link.

Click on “Accept Invitation”
– This will redirect you to the InzpireU platform.

Account Check: Already Registered or Not
– If you already have an account, you’ll be prompted to sign in.
– If you're new, the system will guide you to create a new account.

Click on the “Organization” Tab
– Navigate to the section where you can join your invited organization.

Enter the Email Address the Invitation Was Sent To
– Use the exact email where you received the invite.
– This helps the platform match your invitation.

System Validates the Invitation
– Once verified, the system will allow you to complete your account setup (if needed)
– Your role as an Admin will be automatically assigned.

Access Your Admin Dashboard
– After onboarding, you’ll land on the Admin Dashboard, ready to manage your programs.

Onboarding Complete!
– You’re now fully set up as an InzpireU Organization Admin.

📘 How to Create a Program on InzpireU

  1. Go to the Admin Dashboard
    – Once logged in, you’ll land on your Admin Dashboard.

  2. Click on “Create Program”
    – Find and select the “Create Program” button to begin setting up a new mentorship program.

  3. Add Details About Your Program
    – Fill in the following:

    • Program Name

    • Description

    • Start & End Dates

    • Program Goals or Focus Areas
      – Save the program once completed.

  4. Click on the Program View Card
    – Once your program is created, it will appear as a card on your dashboard.
    – Click on it to open the Program Details view.

  5. Click “ADD” to Start Customizing
    – In the Program View, use the “ADD” button to:

    • Add Milestones: Set up key phases or checkpoints within your program.

    • Add Users: Invite Mentors, Mentees, and Admins by email or selecting from the user base.

  6. Program Creation Complete!
    – Your program is now live and ready to run mentorship activities.

📊 How Admins Can View Program Analytics, Goals & Impact

  1. Log in to Your Admin Dashboard
    – Use your credentials to access the InzpireU Admin Dashboard.

  2. Select a Program Card
    – From your dashboard, click on the program you want to view analytics for.

  3. Navigate to the “Analytics” Tab
    – Inside the program view, go to the Analytics tab to access insights.

  4. View Program Overview & Impact Metrics
    – Get key stats like:

    • Total Mentors & Mentees

    • Sessions Completed

    • Engagement Rate

    • Milestone & Goal Completion

  5. Drill Down into Goal Progress
    – See individual and group-level goal progress, status updates, and time spent.
    – Filter by user, role, or goal type for deeper insights.

  6. Export or Share Reports (Optional)
    – Use the export option to download reports or share analytics with stakeholders.

1. Add Users to Your Organization (Users Tab)

  1. Go to the Admin Dashboard

  2. Click on the “Users” tab

  3. Select “Add Users”

  4. Choose the role: Mentor, Mentee, or Admin

  5. Enter their email addresses or upload a CSV

  6. Click “Send Invitation”
    – Users will receive an invite to join your organization


💬 2. Set Up Communication Channels (Communication Tab)

  1. Go to the “Communication” tab

  2. Click on “Create Channel”
    – Name your channel (e.g., AI Bootcamp Mentors, Cohort 1)
    – Choose users or roles to add to the channel

  3. Use “Start Chat” for 1-on-1 or group conversations


🔗 3. Integrate with Slack

  1. In the Communication tab, select “Integrations”

  2. Click “Connect Slack”

  3. Follow the prompt to authorize your Slack workspace

  4. Map InzpireU channels to your existing Slack channels for seamless communication


📧 4. Connect Gmail to Send Emails

  1. In the Communication tab, go to “Email Settings”

  2. Click “Connect Gmail”

  3. Sign in with your Google account and allow access

  4. Once connected, you can: – Send emails directly to users from InzpireU
    – View sent history under the Email Log
