 Despite financial constraints, Sushma's determination led her to excel academically. She graduated with honors in Computer Science, specializing in neural networks. Her expertise and innovative approaches earned her prestigious roles in the tech sector, where she quickly gained recognition as a leader.

Thinking back on her own journey, Sushma understood the significant impact mentorship had on her life. Witnessing the lack of guidance for many individuals due to socioeconomic challenges, she was inspired to create InzpireU, a platform aimed at bridging this gap.

 InzpireU was born out of Sushma's vision to democratize mentorship. The platform strives to simplify mentorship by utilizing AI capabilities, empowering Mentors to amplify their impact in the community 10X.

Since its beginning, InzpireU has made a profound impact on individuals, guiding them to reach their goals. Sushma's vision is to broaden the platform's reach worldwide, breaking barriers of distance and culture to provide mentorship opportunities for all.
